There are a lot of charlatans and 'Guru's' out there promoting this and that but the Stech family is the real deal when it comes to Private Lending. 

I truly appreciate it.I completely understand that the economics of owning a multifamily property (like a duplex or triplex) can be much more favorable than a single-family home.

Families appreciate kid-friendly touches like board games or a Pack 'n Play, while pet owners love amenities like beds and bowls for their furry friends.

I feel bad for the tenant, but I can’t put my business and my family at risk because of an irresponsible pet owner.Thanks!

Maybe they've been burned by landlords in the past and are being very careful.You can legally reject them based on personality, facial tattoos, body odor, or other factors, but you better make sure you can prove that it wasn't based on any protected class like race, religion, familial status, etc.
