He cant legally cash them, but then he cant legally endorse them to the seller either...There are companies that go to auctions and bid for you. 

The endorsements can be easily faked.

I don’t like to endorse anybody publicly any more, I’ve learned my lesson the hard way.

Other policies may have an endorsement you must purchase at specific levels of coverage

No he just sells his name.. this is marketing one o one sports stars do it all the time its called endorsements.. so these TV dudes are paid for endorsers for the back end offices that do all the work..
