i got my first house on a tip from a co-worker who lived on that same cul-de-sac street.

Will allow de-clawed, spayed/neutered, FEMALE indoor cats (males tend to spray urine all over the house) and dogs on a case by case basis.

Another option is to force a de-conversion, I'm not familiar with the condo laws in Georgia, but most states have a clause in the condo act law that allows for a building to be converted back to an apartment building.
