I like the young couple with the chickens and veggies and the husband buys campers & rehabs them in the driveway. he also rehabbed a school bus--painted it green--i hope they never leave because last time i was upstairs there is a whole lot of wear & tear (2 little boys) i dont look forward to fixing.

One of the tenant has informed me that the garbage disposal is blocked again and we found food and pieces of chicken inside of it.

So I want to live on the land and grow a few crops maybe even have chickens depending on how big the property is but starting off will just be growing food preferably would like to have utilities set up on the property being that I'm not to familiar with developing land and the cost that comes with it 

We own a chicken farm here in Loudoun County, VA and are raising three small children.We hope to begin investing part time in small multi-family rental properties come 2017.

I think it's a good start for me while I plan my longer term future.My goal is to be able to comfortably retire in 6-7 years, as I am no spring chicken. 

Looking through some of the answers this reminds me of the old which came first the chicken or the egg. 

I'm very leery, probably too much so, I think that's the same as chicken??
