I wouldn't do coach but if I have to go about 500 miles or less, I'm sticking to upgraded train travel.

But when someone wants you to teach them "every thing it took you 10 or 15 years to learn" that is called getting a high level paid coach.

not wasted my time our money on a coach should have used it for down payment on a rental

For the next few weeks it conflicts with a youth soccer team I coach.

I wanted to give you some insight to how I coach/mentor, maybe you could use that to help you or guide you to any possible mentors.

You will notice also that the ones that tend to defend it here on BP usually have a link in their signature to some sort of coaching or system that they themselves sell, no need to say more.There is definitely value in coaching, I've used business coaches in the past and I'm a paid coach for high level athletes.  

I'm currently a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist, but have just recently started flipping houses, as well as building a fitness boot camp and diet coaching business, to generate additional cash to put into buying more properties. 

A good mentor will coach you to bring out your best and hold you accountable to perform.

However, recently the meetings tend to mainly be national REI Gurus pitching courses or coaching.

As far as having a mentor goes no I personally didn't pay a mentor/coach.
