I’m not convinced that providing a washer/dryer connection will put any more rental income in my pocket and the home has other desirable features so I’m not worried that the lack of connections will be a deal breaker for a prospective tenantThoughts?

I understand that regular professional inpsections/maintenance is a must but I'm wondering if the potential for a breakdown, etc. is enough for this to be a deal breaker.

They said that they had to wait hours some days for the previous landlord to come by and do something as simple as flipping a breaker switch.Of course since I’m new to all this, my initial thought was that it was rather cruel.
