In the meantime, you should get all the financials, minimize as much expense as possible and boost income as much as possible.

Hi everyone in the community,Quick question on what you might call morals etc when dealing with a property seller.When on the telephone upon first contact would it be ok to say a "written offer" to them within a certain timeframe.

This gives you a good boost in equity.
