These cities are just booming now because of the rail and I am trying to find a solution to how to build something there 

Also we are at an all time high of an already long housing boom, the cycle is bound to lead to a correction soon, right?

I just made it a point that the SFR's that are being purchased in bulk by hedge funds and private equity are much lower than the boom years.

I did my own title search here in FL and the two resources I looked at are the tax collector and comptroller.
