Attend networking events and always talk to others about what you do , people know people and may be able to put you in contact with your next potential investor .

Hi,I've attended one of the Real Estate Wealth Expos and am wondering if anyone's taken the class with Brian Allen on real estate investing.

Looking forward to connecting with any other real estate investors in our area; just attended our first meet-up last week and had a great time!

You'll also need to attend continuing education classes to maintain your license.

I was advised in the forum to attend an REI event and saw there is a local meet up once a month.
