Hi everyone!  

I'm new to real estate investing in NW Washington state, but I have really enjoyed listening to the podcasts and reading (many) of the books from the reading list.  I think I can do this!

It would be nice to tie into a local REIA, if there is one in my area. I'd appreciate some help as I learn the BP ropes.
