I feel like I got an autograph from a celebrity. 

The bad news is that it is difficult to predict which will be 'successful' and which won't make it to their 2nd anniversary in the business.Here is the best advice that I can give you: get up, get dressed, go to work.In other words, treat it like a REAL JOB.  

BTW longer terms always include a rent escalation clause on the annual anniversary.

Keep up the good work...go home  and relax and celebrate the great strides you are making.

There are other aspects to determine values, like buying a car previously owned by some celebrity for example, or antique and collector valuations, but these unusual valuations apply to unique assets, not just any old trailer.There are aspects of "market value" in that legal definition of a buyer and seller having equal or similar knowledge, each dealing in good faith.

I prefer Lowes to Home Depot but that's mostly because Lowes treats me like a mini celebrity.

A neighbor whom I share an easement with (who is also in flood zone with riverfront ) rents his property out for party celebrations/camping/etc. and is currently building a 500k home on his property.I would be happy at selling at $650,000 to an investor or to anyone really.
