I do know more adults in Vegas were born in California than Nevada.

I only own single family homes with 4 adults in each and the bill is approximately $55 per quarter year.

Maybe they need to really hear it from another adult.

While I don’t personally get any of the application fee I have the tenant apply on Zillow and each adult pays a $30 fee to them to run the check.  

If say the main house has a family of 4 and the studio has 2 adults, that would be a 60/40 split correct?
