Contain the area by sealing it off with plastic sheeting, like a cowboy wrangling a steer!

Cater to guests that DON'T want to stay in a hotel.For instance - I have a STR where a family flew into town for a week because a child needed medical tests and possibly surgery. 

I do mine much like @Todd Rasmussen but use folders in a plastic case for each property.

The plastic/acrylic shower surrounds start looking bad sooner than the tile enclosures do. 

Picture 5 in the center is the end of an 8 inch plastic pipe.

.  Heavily infested mattresses are not salvageable and must be sealed in plastic and disposed of properly.  Empty dressers, night stands and closets.

Buy gifts for kids on the angel tree for Christmas, or go the SHriner's Hospital and find a family struggling to get by as their child faces surgery for cancer or a tumor and help them out. 

-I've bought those mattresses from Craiglist or street signs where it says "new, in plastic".

I had my appendix out and from the tome I first had symptoms until I was out of surgery on my phone wasn’t 15 hours!

My current shower stall has one plastic bar on the far wall as shown in the second image.Obviously these would require the walls to be reinforced with blocking between the studs to affix the bars which would require removal of the shower enclosure.My question, can I ask the tenant to pay for the grab bars and the professional installation?
