That isn't the world for the agent to learn on the job.I'm not discounting the necessity to ensure you are in compliance with the local/state/federal laws but as a realtor, the assumption is that they know what they can and can't do as far as marketing is concerned.

Anyone here can correct me, but someone who is in bankruptcy gets to claim their home as one of the "necessities" that are protected and not sold to pay as much of the debt as possible.Therefore no one going through bankruptcy will be kicked out of their homes.I guess this could be possible is the person owned more than one home but they usually protect the one that they live in.
