FUD - Fear Uncertainty DoubtAnd just because it's a Subject To, doesn't make it a dealI've actually seen some of the Subject To "deals" offered on the over hyped & spammed "community" (I'm glad they are having a great time) but they really are not deals and the risk far outweighs the value.
