I suppose if you have another meeting scheduled you probably have to say something, but if not I would just pretend like the guy/girl did not exist and move on.

It seems like real estate is one of the only ways a girl can start out with very little and grow relatively quickly How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My criteria stands as a SFH, 3bd 2ba, 1000+sqft, 1970s+, seller financing, live in for my wife and unborn baby girl.

We had to remodel 6 units, remodel our whole house (baby safety)(low on money) and now we have had our baby girl!

For rebuttal and prior to the inspection by the appraiser:1. bring the Apprasier "your" comps, this guy/girl maybe from an hour outside the city and no idea what parts of the area would fit best2. bring a list (spreadsheet) of all the upgrades and anything else that was done to the house with a dollar figure, they attach that to their report to justify price 3. add documents for permits as mentioned4. if the house was listed and there were multiple offers bring a list of the offers and what price they were to show the appraiser that this is what the house will sell for even if he does not appraise it property because so many other people have offered more than what they valued it at

Maybe focus it on bigger groups such as church groups, or corporate retreats, or Boy Scouts-Girl Scout troop getaways with parents?
