I enjoy doing it, I rent to section 8 tenants and love the kind of cash flow my units produce; I think my favorite part of self-managing is that every time I visit my properties I am reminded of how absolutely amazing my life is and how bad I could have it. 

I contacted them every 4 months or so to make sure there were no issues and they are enjoying the home.

I probably should of stopped 4 yrs ago with repairs but I enjoyed it.

I'm also invested into a gun shop with a buddy that while I haven't received a paycheck as of yet, I enjoy it and can see myself doing it full time along with my growing real estate investments.
