Hey Paul, Conventional is good for better rates and terms, but usually a lot more restrictions and paperwork/underwriting involved.

My pricing is definitely lower, this cabin is in the heart of Pigeon Forge and I’m at $300/night in summer when neighbors are around $475+… @Paul Sandhu nothing specialty, just a big tourist town!
