Hey @Rick BorgoWe're actively investing in STRs in Atlantic City (with a non-STR investments as well) and are quite bullish on it.Beyond the casinos, Stockton University's presence has been a boon to the area.

Any tenant could be taking their entire paycheck to the casino.

All these "buyers" boast on their websites "We buy all cash with our OWN money, no banks no financial institutions" bull crap, and now they are bishing and whining that they need to be at 65% to cover their lies! 

There are incredible restaurants that rival nearby New Orleans and the casinos are clean and safe and top notch. 

It boasts a 98% accuracy rating and crime data is comprised of over 9 million reported crimes.
