So many others are cutting corners on this and who knows what else!

Nothing special, stirring spoons, tongs, ladles, a cutting board, mixing bowls, all the normal stuff you’d see in a kitchen - the guests expect it.

Take em down, cut em up, haul em off.

GHAR (Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors) Membership feeI contacted my current broker to see if I could cut out the Realtor association fee but the response I got was that if a broker is "REALTOR associated" (most franchised brokers are), then you are required to be a member of a Realtor association.  

Like any business, if the partners do not fit how you want your business to operate, then you need to cut them out.

This should cut way down on your problem guests.... 

In 2012 I bought a property and have been paying the taxes the property was vacant the whole time. cut up a tree that fell in 2015.

Does anyone know with the recent Tax Cuts and Jobs act for 2024 if bonus depreciation of 100% has been extended to 2026 for short term rentals? 

It is not asking to much to ask to meet first and to be blunt, if someone you can't afford a $800 round trip to go out and at least meet a potential PM and agent and check out the area then........yes deals in some area of Cleveland happen very fast....but it's not an excuse to not fly out there.

I heard in a podcast that the inventory of homes is back to pre-pandemic levels in some areas and I have noticed more price cuts in general -  but that's mostly the greedy sellers trying to list their homes for way more than the current market value of the home.
