for To answer the questions... we replaced four drawer fronts and two doors, the doors we picked up at a local liquidation place for 15.00 each, the fronts one of my guys took home and "build" in his work shop for 1 hour of labor 15.00.

. :)I went to NAC18 then Than Merrill's 3-day workshop, started their mentorship program then ended up getting a refund because I realized it was not worth it.

I have attended several workshops and and even have my LLC and just can not get started to make any money..

My wife and I have 2100 square foot of the house and direct access to the 1600 square foot unfinished basement, which will become my workshop for my beekeeping business.

Of course there are TONS of podcasts, courses, workshops and the like on how to invest in the TONS of niches within the real estate arena.

I attended a Than Merrill workshop this past weekend.
