Marble bathrooms in a C neighborhood, is not going to get you much.I have taken to using house wash on the roof before an appraisal or sale.

OK I am having a dilemma washing around in my head.

-Who was he - what type of person lives in the neighborhood.

I think the copper line to the toilet is likely 3" which is fine and has obviously worked for years.The one small concern I would guess is venting for the washing machine drain.

One could argue that there are some tax savings because perhaps you could deduct some "general expenses" but I think the cost of establishing and maintaining an LLC might wash that benefit. 

I could smell these people a few feet away inside, and presumably they smoked even before they got to my property.Won't the smell on them get on the furniture, washing machine, in the air?

I may try pulling out the carpets, appliances and cabinets (they are shot anyway) Wash down & OdorXit top to bottom a coupe of times, Kilz everything walls & sub floors a couple of coats and see what I have.

They crazy thing about how we met was he called one of my bandit signs looking to sell properties.
