Matthew Mueller Pennsylvania Property Management Law - managers required to provide leases to owners?

I am being told in a specific instance that copies of leases are not provided to owners because the legal binding agreement is between the property manager and the resident.In this case, I would have zero visibility on the nature of the lease terms, as well as who is responsible for certain costs borne (utilities, etc)If this exclusion to owners is allowed, what is required in terms of document retention in the case of termination of relationship?

If you want the gym for your use, you could make a large bedroom and utilize it as your home gym, then rent it as an additional bedroom.The financing is real.

As you'll see in the other forum linked above one of the suggestions was to notify the tenants that they will be responsible for 50% of the water bill.Another thing to consider, I'm not sure on Columbus but I know certain municipalities do not allow you to charge for a utility if it is not individually metered.

As I go through this journey I have also decided to educate myself in real estate investment so that I can be best prepared for July 2020, this is the point when I will be debt-free and will be shifting all my energy to actively investing in real estate utilizing the BRRR method.To that end, I have made it a goal to analyze 2 properties per day so I can become familiar with my area and become comfortable analyzing properties...and that is where my issue is.
