I have evidence of the purchase price the turnkey bought the property for and how much they spent in renovation, so I could try to claim (Previous purchase + renovations) as cost basis and still would save a chunk3.

One small claim so far. 

Prices are high but they claim some pretty impressive figures like circa 15% YOY value gains since they started in 2004 on average (I struggle to believe this).  

Give them 3-5-10 years to claim it.In my area for the most part I think it is a needed system and a fairly efficient system, which is probably a miracle for the way a lot of government works or doesn't work.   

There are a lot of vocal members on the forums that claim that affordability is not an issue. 

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired but the rates are great and they’ve always covered claims.
