I can use that to server the 14 day notice, but she can still come back at me stating she was in hospital and was therefore wasn't able to respond to the notice or pay the rent. 

The format of offering 2-3 tracks at each time slot is common in conferences and works well.

In general I think my guidelines would server you pretty well.

Side note...I am an IT Contractor, and depending on the job, (Installing new server rooms, etc.)

To operate under this premise, as a real estate investor, is to think the odds at a slot machine are in your favor.

@Cassandra Boyett   I like the idea ( if you can do it and it worked for you and family) of buying a 4 plex with one of your loan slots as owner occ... live there for a period of time then move on.. leaving the 4 plex as a rental.. great cash flow close to home so you can keep an eye on it..
