Im excited to see what type of impact this could have in areas currently overrun with drug use and if areas previously hit hard by heroin and other drugs will see a drop off in usage/ hospitalizations.I had discussed with some friends if maybe the lawmakers looked at MI dispensery records to see the number of Ohio licenses being scanned in to see if they could determine voter sentiment before proposing the bill.

Try as you might, agents like myself can, and do act on my own behalf using the sales skills that I've honed over 18 years.It is ridiculous to believe that I.. as a licensed Broker with over 18 years experience negotiating both Bank, Short Sale, as well as Investor deals... seeing what I've seen, and knowing what I know... to NOT wholesale.Any thought that I should be held to some "jeez, you should be worried about the Seller" sentiment is better left for the National Association of Realtor® commercials.

Now if this property has sentimental value for you, then rehab it, rent it out (careful with the tenants in this area), hire a good property manager like @Drew Sygit and hopefully, the area will improve over time.

Now, unless that 640K property somehow increased significantly in six months to where you can close, then turn around and sell it for a profit after the cost of buying and selling, I share your sentiments about not putting down over 120k to lose 11k/year
