They asked my acquisition criteria and I don't know what to tell them because I'm still in the research phase and I know they hate time wasters.Aside from LoopNet, should I just register with a select few commercial brokerages, such as CBRE, Marcus & Millichap, and Cushman Wakefield?

Regardless I would keep taking applications until you can select the most qualified applicant which ideally will not be this applicant.Set your screening standards high.

I also suggest selecting one area of real estate investing that picks your interest the most at this time and learning as much as possible about it before investing.
