It's always wise to work with an agent and lender who are sensitive to your specific situation and needs. 

Tell the guy you will go after him for harassment & get a restraining order & he will be the one who has to move out if he keeps his games up.Given that you're 250lb that's even better.

You also want to make sure you can upload important documents so you don't need to email sensitive information.

I've found a relaxed, sensitive, and aware personality seems to work well when talking to sellers of properties that I buy.  

This does not encourage me to replace the heater, since they can be very sensitive to water flow and other restrictions in the lines.

We did think about adding another bed in the living room, but feel that we really do not want to make the whole house only full of beds, making it attractive for some large groups who are just extremely budget sensitive.

But make sure sensitive stuff is sent more securely than all of the above👍

This works OK for relatively static and simple investments like a private placement or crowdfund, but can become rather cumbersome and expensive with a more time sensitive and transaction intensive asset such as a rental property.
