For a dwelling policy, it isn't necessary to actually carry personal property... but I get that the landlord could want some to replace things like the range, refrigerator, etc.All the best!

I have an apartment coming online for Sept 1st, 2023 - The unit is a 2 bedroom (new carpet & new windows), 1 bathroom, hallway & living room are original hardwood floors to the home, eat in kitchen space with new refrigerator & over, In-Unit washer & dryer, 1 off street parking space (can provide 2 if needed), heat, water, and sewer are included in the rent.

Other than the door being destroyed, the tenant purposefully destroyed all of the blinds, dumped rice, confectioner's sugar, and pancake mix everywhere in the apartment (carpets, yuck), and turned the thermostat down on the refrigerator so everything would spoil.
