Reasonable insurance quote in Poinciana, FL?

I recently received a homeowners insurance quote for a property I'm interested in purchasing in Poinciana, FL. Can anyone provide insight into what a reasonable homeowners insurance premium might be in this area? And, based on my quote of the total policy charges of $997, does this seem like a reasonable premium for a property? It's going to be a rental property.

Some information about the quote:
Coverage – A (Dwelling): $250,000
Coverage – B (Other Structures):  $5,000
Coverage – C (Personal Property): $10,000
Coverage – E (Additional Living Expense): $25,000
Coverage – L (Liability): $300,000
Coverage – M (Medical Payments): $2,000

Any ideas are appreciated.
