Any recurring expenses (utilities, cell phone, storage unit, etc) can also count towards your alternate credit.

If it has been recurring for the past 20 years, could it be structural in nature?

Has had recurring sewage issues with Mexico that have never been closer to being resolved (but still has a ways to go).  

I am getting over social anxiety, which was caused by being in a new city and being a stay-at-home mom.

I find that it reduces the anxiety of wanting quick and immediate gratification.  

I suppose I am just suffering the first time investor anxiety, but i thought perhaps some those smarter than me might have some insight.Thank you for your time!

It seems that the recurring theme is do your due diligence as best you can, but know that things can still go south.  

If you don't know what I mean, that is "Customer Relations Management" Tell me who you use, the benefits, how much it costs i.e. 1 time, recuring etc.... and what it doesn't have that you wished it did.
