I’ve built strong relationships with agents, contractors, and other investors in the area, and one of my contacts informed me that the owner was considering selling but hadn’t listed the property yet.

Whether it’s an offer to purchase a property, to provide equity capital, or to provide financing, I merely state the price/terms I’m willing to pay.

I’ve looked at BeyondPricing and PriceLabs trials and really don’t like to rates they provide.
