If you ever saw the movie Idiocracy, those are the types of geniuses you will be getting calls from.

I could see one or more of those class action lawyers being all Danny Devito like in the movie Rainmaker and use ringless voicemails to solicit ringless voicemail plaintiffs - LOL  

It's a movie all landlords should see, and should convince you to do proper screening.

They have seen this movie before -  in ny,  philly, NJ - and they figure they know the ending.

(There's a single screen movie theater, Golf Land, a minimum of 7 places to enjoy ice cream/ dessert, a bowling alley, a great little health food store.

A lot of the HF guys run in a herd so if they start losing money and a few hit the sell button it my case a correction in and of itself.I can't to get a bucket of popcorn and see how this movie turns out, it is sure to be interesting. 

I know personally, some long term investors that are sitting like fat cats collecting rents without debt and have other folks manage their portfolios for them (me) while they go see movies in the afternoons.
