Real Estate Investment Films

Real estate investment may not be the sexiest profession around, but there are a few films out there that portray investors or the hazards of being so. I particularly like (or am frightened by) Pacific Heights. One couple experiences the tenant from hell. It's a movie all landlords should see, and should convince you to do proper screening. Are there any other movies or TV shows that investors should see or portray real estate investors that you can think of?

OMG.  Whenever I see "Pacific Heights" at a thrift store or garage sale, I buy it and loan it to folks I meet who are new to Landlording.  Just thinking about it sends shivers down my spine!

I can think of a number of sitcom TV shows with landlords in them.... but not too realistic.
