There are huge warehouses on 35th St. next to the interstate (Chewy, Fed Ex hub, Autozone, and another warehouse being built currently). 

Indy is a major transportation hub for the country making distribution one of it's leading industries.

If it's a "vacation rental hub" I'd call local regional banks and ask if they have an insurance broker.

In general, I have found the rent price-point of $450-$500/mo to be a very transient and higher headache tenant hub.  

go to the Hub City REIA meeting in Hagerstown and discuss with investors there .  

I have no urge to tell people and tweet I am going to the bathroom or eating dinner with somebody etc.I think some times should be private and you need to disconnect.All of these social sites can become compulsive and unhealthy if over engaged.I use to post to 40 social networking sites at once but some are just people trying to sell porn or contact you with crap.I am interested in QUALITY of contacts and not just VOLUME of contacts.I have a twitter account but I don't use it at all.Might eventually just employ a local person to keep up with all of this stuff.

If you were starting from scratch and designing a house for a vacation rental, close to an outdoor recreation hub, what would be the priorities for layout, to include as amenities, etc.?
