Modifications to this agreement must be made in writing.Please review and reply with “I AGREE”WHAT AM I MISSING?

My current living situation does not necessitate a house and I like having roommates.  

You could not have anticipated that your mother 150 miles away got terminal brain cancer, necessitating that you move closer to her for her last 6-9 months alive, for example, or that there's mold that wasn't disclosed, which is making your pregnant wife ill.

They are being caused by missed payments and fees adding up to exceed home values, and people killing all their equity with unsuccessful loan modifications/forbearances etc..

Are there any modifications to the written lease?

I have two months left in a forbearance plan and am starting to think of how I want to modify the loan. I’m curious what people favorite things to offer.

I would budget more then 15k as I think that kitchen modifications to meet code could be higher then anticipated and construction costs have increased. 

And knowingly-unknowingly amount of non-bio degradable waste almost everyone of us is producing is another area of concern.Question for CRE technical industry is;Could you please explain with some examples How does Building Designs or Operational phase modifications with Environmental compliance help in reducing Energy consumption to great extent so that Facilities really contribute in reducing their Carbon Footprints?

If this is a completely illegal modification then you'll need to connect both units properly so that it meets the local code. 

I was getting rubbed (overcharged) by the contractor for any modification during the construction.
