Luckily this won't end my investment career but I can see how these things can crush people's motivation and momentum.

Keep the momentum going!

Last I read it didn’t gain much momentum and was therefore dropped.

Hopefully, the 5115 project will generate new developments momentum in this neighborhood.

But financially, it typically works best if you use as much debt as possible as it adds more momentum to your investment and allows a higher rate of growth. 

I'm just talking about people that want to gain real momentum, have the cash to keep out 10-20% long-term out, and are serious about building a big portfolio of great properties as fast as possible.
