Hi, I am looking into a SFH in Slavic Village. I do not know the area and would like to know if it would be an interesting option for buy and hold.

Yes cash flow first objective but also thought the area could appreciate in terms of new developments.  


 Cleveland area is getting a lot of money being pumped into it. 2 areas I am aware of are Clark-Fulton and part of East Cleveland and those areas may appreciate at some due to being near very gentrified areas.
