Singal Family Home Slavic Village Cleveland

Hi, I am looking into a SFH in Slavic Village. I do not know the area and would like to know if it would be an interesting option for buy and hold.

 Cleveland area is getting a lot of money being pumped into it. 2 areas I am aware of are Clark-Fulton and part of East Cleveland and those areas may appreciate at some due to being near very gentrified areas.
