I'm in Mesa, AZ, which, if you haven't toured, has too many 55+ manufactured home communities to mention.

If they say that's acceptable, then dig a bit deeper.Next thing  I could see these scammers doing is  saying SURE wire it to the title company here is the wire instructions.. 

Hi all, I have recently bought plots and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for cost effective pre manufactured homes in Pennsylvania?

There are numerous manufacturers, this is just one.

The space is master-leased by a tenant that is pre-approved by the City for manufacturing, distribution and we can add cultivation (there is a state imposed limit on canopy space of about 25k SF).

Giving instructions to contractors and manage timeframe until completion.

For a manufactured home, I could build for significantly less, 80k according to one website.Since I've never built a house before, I am sure there are things that I am missing, so I'd like to hear your thoughts on whether or not this is a good idea.

Even though the paperwork and instructions given to us from the HOA president have very specific language saying builder is responsible for these things.
