Funny thing is we often find that the investors that do go out are more inclined to invest and often purchase more than they initially intended.Even though we encourage them to go, and most don't take the time, they have access to a tremendous amount of information to help them in the due diligence and research (much of which we provide).

I would say being a mechanic is a better fit to work on RV than being in construction, but any person who is mechanically inclined can do it.
