I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts on iTunes for some time and have made the decision to pursue real estate investing in addition to my 9-5 as a corp marketing manager in Pittsburgh, Pa.

It would crash and never load anything, so I deleted and went to redownload, but cannot find on App Store, nor do any of the links to the app work from the website to iTunes...

I definately agree Will, but on the other hand it is a good way to show the new posters that there is a lot of great information in the archives that will answer their questions if they will take the time to look.Most information, even though archived still does apply today as the strategies do not really change if applied properly.

iTunes University has a lot of free courses from top Universities.

I noticed the other day that a book that has received several mentions lately here on BP is available for free on the Itunes Store.

Yes some contracts say no assignments but there are ways around that and you can learn how to in the archives here.

If you used your real name on here (which you should) and have your location correct (which you should) you've now got an online archive of your dilemma.
