It'd be good to hear from some seasoned hosts on what data points they actually find value in analyzing to make business decisions.

I’m wondering if any airbNb hosts have or are considering moving their listings to other STR platforms.

My team & I are looking to host our first meetup at a new workspace in Brooklyn founded by one of our affiliates (read more about the space here https://www.blackenterprise.com/innovation-hub-creatives-brooklyn/).I’d like to get a gage on if there are any local BP members whom would be interested in attending or possibly even being a guest speaker.

That is how I got started and just about 12 months later I now host 2 meetups and am starting a podcast. 

@Justin Brown I'll be there - let's maybe communicate on where we are via here on Day 2 - 10x networking party :) Sugar might be a nice spot, I was going to try to host something on Saturday but there's a networking event 6:30-8:30 on the field figured we could huddle up there as well.

AlohaThis sounds a lot like Honolulu Hawaii where there is a bill to limit the number of STR to 1% and allow unlimited B&B or hosted vacation rental.
