If you have a website how did you build it and hat would your recommend for someone just starting with a budget of let's say $1000?

If you know what you're doing they are risk free and and don't require large sums of cash or running to a lender with hat in hand asking for a loan. 

Hang your hat where you can reach it, especially if it's your first purchase.

We furred it out and drywalled and paint it came out great.
