The builder will pay our buyers commission but will not negotiate down if we forgo representation.

Many investors I have worked with in real estate will forgo the formal home inspection but will have their contractor give a final look on properties after they are under contract (or before in some situations) and have some kind of clause that allows them to cancel based off of what their contractor says.

Flawless is their big hit song.

Rate is 3.75% for going up to 85% LTV...we could have gone for a higher LTV (I believe as high as 95% but the interest rate was higher than what i would have felt comfortable with).

:Some insurance policies can have tenant accommodations for such emergencies  I'd say investors would do better to forgo that additional rider.
