Real estate is the industry and in the US is even better to do it, with all the tax benefits, and lending opportunities out there, even if it takes time, which it will, it is worth it and you can see that from all the podcasts of BP there are and the books as well.

Residents are fighting new industrial developments thereby raising the value of existing industrial buildings.

Everyone in this industry so far has really been emphasizing building relationships and networking so here I am.
