I like the detailed tutorials, clean dashboard (better interface, IMO), more customization of properties, low ACH fees to renters, and the ability to still list across syndicated listing sites.

All their units feature at least one whole wall of floor to ceiling windows and I could already dream of the lake and mountain views through them.

One turned over in less than a day, I got keys in the morning and new tenant got keys at 6pm after some cleaning and touch-up paint.

Yeah, they hardly ever get cleaned but it's not that time consuming at turnovers.

The next night, while at the property to let the tenants know I was the new owner, I noticed he was in the community laundry and with his phone plugged, a bottle of piss on the floor, and looked like he was going to sleep in there.
