I have concluded that these mass text are coming from inexperienced people that are new to the business. 

My investigation of them led me to conclude it's sort of a mini ponzi scheme IMO.

If you were to calculate the compounded appreciation at the bottom of the market, it would look even worse.Since we just concluded a few strong years, I think you should forecast below average appreciation in the coming years and see how it affects your calculations.

I always conclude that when we have these guru reviews with newbies posting up the support that the guru is alive and well with his "teams", maybe not the material, but the organization. 

That's why I concluded with get multiple quotes, compare them, ask for previous work examples and a breakdown of the work.
