I even remember for a while that some of the big commercial tax companies didn't support local returns.Plus until last year (might've started for TY 2022, I forget) everything was paper file only.

If it were a commercial deal with leverage involved, not one bank would give them a loan.

This also serves another purpose, banks require a PSF to approve you for commercial loans hence having this document completed aids in your ability to be approved for loans promptly.

My reasoning is because i realized that i want to do something, alongside my design degree, that involves building complexes (mostly commercial buildings) but im not sure with degree would be the best to do this.
