Hello BP, Anyone know of good property managers in the Saint Cloud, Minnesota area? 

That feels like a scary way of saying the mania we've seen for 2+ years has ended.We haven't uploaded to the Cloud just yet, which means housing is still a fundamental necessity of society.

@Anthony M johnsonIf this is the property in white cloud Michigan I how you are doing all of the work yourself as this is more than a $30k rehab job.

Remember, money in 30 years isn't going to be worth anywhere near what it is now but rents will continue to go up.  11 people to stay connected and argue about repairs/not pay anything until they eventually become a cloud on the title when someone tries to sell without alerting the others.
