Tenant security - easy doorbell camera recommendation?

Hey everyone! I'm a first time landlord looking for some quick advice - my tenants have experienced a few stolen packages at their unit and I'm thinking of getting a quick security camera to install on their door to scare away potential thieves. Does anyone know of units that are easy to buy, install and don't have a monthly cloud storage fee?
